In the unlikely event that you require repairs covered by your warranty, simply return your machine to Esco Refresh so that we may undertake the repairs. Esco Refresh will cover all costs of the repairs when carried out under warranty (except in circumstances where the fault is the result of operator misuse) and will also return your machine to you.

All repairs required that are not covered by your warranty are chargeable.
