Terms and Conditions

Carrige Delivery Information

Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

We can deliver to the Channel Islands but are obliged to levy an administration charge equivalent to the amount of VAT that would otherwise be refunded. Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire.

Postage & Packing charges are per delivery address. We will add a £4.95 administrative charge for each additional delivery address.

Any items received damaged must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

The company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. Additional parcel insurance is recommended when returning items valued at over £30.

Delivery can take upto 28 days if the items are out of stock. We will contact you ASAP after receiving the order confirmation to make you aware of the delay.

Safe Place Delivery

If we’re delivering a package via our specialist carrier we can ask them to leave your package somewhere safe if you’re out. Please specify eg: in garage, shed or with a neighbour. However, this service is not offered by Royal Mail.

Price policy

Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website, at the time that we receive your application, save in the case of a mistake where a pricing error is discovered or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, e.g. alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be confirmed to you in the Order Acknowledgement Letter which will be emailed to you immediately after we accept your order. If the correct price is higher than the price displayed on the website, you may return the goods within our 14 day approval, in new condition.

Payment Policy

If you are paying by credit card, please note that your card will only be debited as your individual items are despatched.

Returns Policy

We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is simply unwanted.

We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £75 to cover the collection cost of returns and unwanted purchases.

Our usual refund policy does not apply to personalised items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt.  Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Clearance and Promotions

Clearance products and promotions are subject to availability and are not an indication of availability. Offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice by DS Direct at any time. We reserve the right to cancel a promotion / reject redemption of a promotional code when stock runs out or when the total value of the promotional codes already exceeds a certain financial value.
